Mediasi warga dengan PT Wulandaya Cahaya Lestari di kantor Kecamatan Genteng
JATIMTIMES - Setelah menggelar pra mediasi, pihak Kecamatan Genteng menggelar mediasi permasalahan pembangunan PT Wulandaya Cahaya Lestari (WCL) dengan warga di kantor Kecamatan Genteng, Rabu (6/5). Mediasi dihadiri langsung oleh pengurus RW, RT serta perwakilan pihak PT WCL. Mediasi berlangsung kurang lebih selama tiga jam.
Awalnya pihak warga mempermasalahkan bangunan setinggi 80 meter yang dibangun oleh pihak PT WCL di Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Penyebabnya, sama sekali tak ada komunikasi diawal.

Ketika dikonfirmasi Camat Genteng, Jefry menyampaikan kedua belah pihak telah menyepakati beberapa ketentuan. Baik pihak PT maupun pihak warga yang sudah mencapai titik temu.
Jefry menjelaskan jika secara teknis pihaknya hanya menjembatani komunikasi antara warga dan PT WCL. "Kami memberikan kebebasan ruang untuk untuk mereka berdiskusi," bebernya.
Jefry membeberkan jika dari pertemuan selama berjam-jam di kantor kecamatan telah mencapai kesepakatan. "Sudah clear segala permasalahan. Juga sudah disepakati jalan keluarnya dan prinsipnya ini sudah kembali sesuai trek yang benar," tegasnya.
Jefry mencontohkan beberapa point yang disepakati semisal sudah ada penyegelan di lokasi. Dan pihak PT WCL akan menghentikan sementara aktivitas hingga perizinan semuanya lengkap.
