JATIMTIMES – Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan (Disnakkan ) Kabupaten Magetan merespons cepat keluhan para peternak ayam petelur terkait anjloknya harga telur di pasaran. Setelah menggelar audiensi dengan para peternak, Kepala Disnakkan Magetan menyatakan komitmennya untuk membantu penyerapan stok telur yang saat ini menumpuk di gudang-gudang peternak.
Kondisi saat ini dinilai sangat memprihatinkan bagi peternak rakyat. Harga telur di tingkat peternak menyentuh angka Rp22.800 per kilogram, jauh di bawah Harga Acuan Pemerintah (HAP) sebesar Rp26.500 per kilogram. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan naiknya harga jagung sebagai komponen pakan utama (70% biaya produksi) yang kini melampaui Rp6.600 per kilogram.

Kepala Disnakkan Magetan, Nur Haryani mengungkapkan bahwa produksi telur di Magetan sebenarnya sangat melimpah. Dengan produksi mencapai 81 ton per hari, Magetan mengalami surplus yang signifikan.
"Distribusi kita itu komposisinya 40-60. Sebesar 40 persen mencukupi kebutuhan internal Magetan, sementara 60 persennya keluar daerah. Masalahnya sekarang stok menumpuk di gudang karena serapan pasar melambat," ujarnya usai audiensi.
Menyikapi hal tersebut, Disnakkan telah merumuskan sejumlah langkah taktis untuk menjaga stabilitas usaha peternakan rakyat. Salah satu poin utama yang akan diusulkan ke Pemerintah Daerah adalah gerakan ASN Membeli Telur.
"Kami mengusulkan adanya kebijakan yang lebih berpihak pada peternak lokal. Selain gerakan ASN membeli telur, kami juga melihat peluang pada program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG). Volumenya bisa diperbanyak, misalnya menu telur yang semula satu kali seminggu menjadi lebih sering," imbuhnya.
Selain itu, kolaborasi lintas Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) juga dilakukan dengan melibatkan Satgas Pangan, Dinas Sosial, dan Dinas Kesehatan. Tujuannya adalah mengintegrasikan serapan telur peternak untuk program-program daerah seperti penanganan kemiskinan dan percepatan penurunan stunting.

Terkait tingginya biaya produksi akibat harga pakan, Disnakkan Magetan telah mengirimkan usulan nama-nama peternak ke pemerintah pusat untuk mendapatkan alokasi jagung subsidi melalui program Cadangan Jagung Pemerintah (CJP).
"Kami sudah mengirimkan datanya, semoga segera terealisasi. Ini penting untuk menekan biaya operasional mereka di tengah himpitan industri besar," tegasnya.
Pihaknya juga berjanji akan melaporkan kondisi darurat peternakan rakyat ini ke tingkat provinsi maupun pusat agar muncul kebijakan makro yang mampu menyeimbangkan mekanisme pasar.
