JATIMTIMES – Masyarakat Kota Batu kini semakin dimudahkan dalam pengurusan dokumen perjalanan ke luar negeri. Layanan keimigrasian resmi hadir lebih dekat melalui titik lokasi baru di Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Among Warga Kota Batu.
Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Batu, Diah Lies Tina Purwaty, mengungkapkan bahwa kehadiran layanan ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi dengan Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Malang. Lokasi ini menambah pilihan bagi warga selain unit layanan yang sudah ada sebelumnya.

Jika sebelumnya hanya tersedia di ULP Lippo Plaza Batu, kini Kantor Imigrasi Malang juga membuka lokasi layanan baru di MPP Among Warga," ujar Diah Lies Tina saat dikonfirmasi JatimTIMES, Senin (27/4/2026). Diah memastikan layanan tersebut sudah dimulai awal tahun 2026.
Diah mengingatkan, masyarakat perlu memperhatikan jadwal operasionalnya. Berbeda dengan titik layanan lain, khusus di MPP Among Warga, layanan pembuatan paspor hanya dibuka setiap hari Jumat. Pembatasan jadwal ini disesuaikan dengan skema pelayanan terintegrasi yang ada di dalam gedung tersebut.
Diah Lies Tina menekankan bahwa integrasi layanan ini bertujuan untuk memangkas birokrasi dan waktu tempuh masyarakat. "Harapan kami, warga Batu tidak perlu jauh-jauh lagi ke Malang. Cukup datang ke MPP, urusan perizinan hingga paspor bisa selesai di satu tempat. Untuk yang di Lippo Plaza Batu tetap ada layanan," imbuhnya.
Bagi masyarakat umum yang ingin memanfaatkan layanan ini, pendaftaran wajib dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi M-Paspor. Aplikasi milik Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi tersebut dapat diunduh melalui Play Store maupun App Store sebelum pemohon datang ke lokasi.

Meskipun sistem online menjadi syarat utama, pemerintah tetap memberikan kemudahan bagi kelompok prioritas. Pemohon lanjut usia di atas 60 tahun, penyandang disabilitas, balita, orang sakit, serta ibu hamil dan menyusui dapat datang langsung tanpa harus melalui aplikasi M-Paspor.
Diah Lies Tina juga menambahkan bahwa kategori khusus tetap menjadi perhatian utama dalam aspek pelayanan. Bagi lansia, disabilitas, hingga ibu hamil, bisa langsung berkonsultasi dengan petugas di lokasi.
Langkah ini diharapkan dapat memecah antrean di kantor imigrasi pusat sekaligus mempercepat waktu pelayanan bagi warga Kota Batu. Diah mengimbau bagi masyarakat yang mengurus untuk mempersiapkan dokumen persyaratan dengan lengkap sebelum datang sesuai jadwal yang telah dipilih pada aplikasi.
