JATIMTIMES - Tegangan listrik tidak stabil dialami pelanggan PLN di Kabupaten Jombang. Gangguan listrik tersebut kini viral di media sosial (medsos) karena banyak sorotan dari netizen yang menyoroti pelayanan PLN.
Gangguan listrik ini diunggah akun @wargajombang di Instagram 19 jam yang lalu. Dalam postingan itu terlihat rekaman video yang menunjukkan kondisi lampu di sebuah ruangan rumah meredup. Diduga, meredupnya lampu karena tegangan listrik yang tidak stabil.

Dalam keterangan di postingan itu, gangguan listrik dikeluhkan warga di Dusun Kedaleman, Desa Bugasur, Kecamatan Gudo, Jombang. Keluhannya terkait tegangan listrik yang tiba-tiba menurun sehingga membuat lampu penerangan seketika meredup.
"Kondisi ini tidak hanya saya. Ada beberapa rumah lain yang juga merasakan dampaknya," ujar seorang warga dalam keterangan postingan @wargajombang yang dilihat wartawan pada Rabu (15/04/2026).
Postingan tersebut kini viral dengan dilihat sebanyak 77,4 ribu kali dan mendapatkan likes sebanyak 709. Beragam komentar netizen juga tertuju kepada pelayanan PLN.
Akun @syukron******o mengatakan warga di Dusun Cikaran, Desa Pesanggrahan, Gudo juga mengalami ketidakstabilan tegangan listrik. Selain itu, warga di Desa Sukoiber, Kecamatan Gudo, mengalami kondisi listrik yang sama.

Merespons keluhan tersebut, Manajer PT PLN (Persero) ULP Ngoro, Abdur Rohman, menyampaikan klarifikasinya. Ia memastikan laporan warga telah masuk ke sistem PLN sejak Senin malam dan kini dalam tahap penanganan.

"Tim teknis saat ini sudah berada di lokasi untuk melakukan pengecekan dan penanganan agar listrik segera stabil," kata Abdur Rohman.
PLN juga menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas gangguan yang terjadi serta berterima kasih atas laporan warga. Aduan tersebut disebut menjadi prioritas penanganan.
Selain itu, PLN mengimbau masyarakat menggunakan saluran resmi untuk pelaporan gangguan agar penanganan lebih cepat dan terpantau.
"Kami mengimbau masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pengaduan melalui contact center PLN 123 atau aplikasi PLN Mobile. Dengan melalui saluran tersebut, laporan akan tercatat secara sistematis dan dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan lebih cepat oleh tim di lapangan," pungkasnya.
